Ultimate Brick Index is a collection management system for construction set enthusiasts who need to catalog individual parts with precision. The app tracks every brick by part number, color, quantity, and condition rating across four levels: Mint, Good, Fair, and Poor.
Unlike basic inventory apps, this tool monitors your collection value in dollars and marks rare parts with a special designation system. You can categorize pieces as General, Bricks, or Plates, then add custom specifications including the exact part number like 3001 for a standard 2x4 brick.
The home screen dashboard shows your total sets collected, parts count, rare items, and medals earned through the achievement system. Quick Actions buttons give you one-tap access to Add Set, Quiz challenges, Medals progress, and Shop functionality where you track active listings and completed sales.
Every set displays its completion status, piece count, and assigned set number. The Recent Sets section keeps your latest additions visible, while the statistics breakdown shows unique parts count, active listings, and total sales revenue.

Rate every set across four condition levels with colored circle indicators: turquoise for Mint, blue for Good, yellow for Fair, pink for Poor. The Condition Guide explains each rating with descriptions like Perfect condition like new for Mint and Significant damage or missing parts for Poor.
Manage active listings and view completed sales history through the Shop functionality in Quick Actions. Statistics breakdown shows Active Listings count and Completed Sales total. The bottom navigation includes a dedicated Sales tab with shopping cart icon for commerce management.
